Who are We
Ananda Sirisena and Company (Private) Limited is a Registered
Company in Sri Lanka. The company serves the long standing clientele
of Mr. S. Ananda Sirisena, who was in practice as a company
secretary since 1978. He is a Registered Secretary under the
Companies Act No 17 of 1982.
The Primary Objective of the company is to provide comprehensive
solutions to clients through the delivery of personal and high
quality service with professional excellence; offer a diverse range
of skills and expertise to meet clients' many needs; and to respond

Registration (Incorporation) of Limited Liability Companies, Associations, Societies, Business Names, Trade Marks, Industrial Designs & Patents.
Preparation of Company and Business Profiles.
The Company also offers services in procurement of any merchandise from local and overseas markets and attend to Import & Export activities.
